Shipping policy

If you do, for any reason, have an enquiry or are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please contact us at info@maaracollective.com so that we can assist.
Delivery Process
After ordering online, you will receive an email confirmation from us, containing your order details (if you have provided your email address).
We will normally confirm receipt of your order within a few minutes of ordering.
Once we have confirmation that your funds have cleared, we will attempt to send your goods out to you within 3 working days (however, if goods are unavailable the delivery may take a little longer).
All goods must be sent to a residential or business postal address – not a post office box address. Please note this when placing your order online.
Orders received on a weekend or public holiday will be processed the next business day.
Delivery within Australia
We ship all orders via Australia Post.
Our rates are:
- Free standard shipping on orders over $250 AUD
- Flat rate shipping of $10 AUD on orders under $250 AUD
Delivery generally takes 3-7 days. Please note that delivery to some regional areas may take a little longer.
At times, due to unforeseen circumstances there may be a delay in receiving your delivery.

International Delivery
MARRA ships internationally using the Registered International Post Services of Australia Post.
- International flat rate shipping of $40 AUD
Australia Post estimates between 7-12 business days for delivery to metropolitan areas of major international cities.
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email confirming your shipping details, tracking number or parcel ID number.
At times, due to unforeseen circumstances there may be a delay in receiving your delivery.

Returns & Exchanges
Should you wish to return your MAARA order, please note that original shipping charges are non-refundable. MAARA does not provide complimentary return shipping, and customers are responsible for the cost of returning or exchanging items.
Currency, Taxes & Duties
Please note that all product prices indicated and payments made onto the MARRA website are in Australian dollar currency.
Orders to international locations may be subject to taxes, customs duties and fees levied by the destination country. International customers are responsible for all import fees.
MARRA declares the purchase price paid on the international shipment documents, which includes a commercial invoice for customs purposes. We are unable to estimate the duties and taxes that may be imposed as these amounts are incurred when a package reaches its destination.
